Return & Refund Policy

At Threads Code, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We offer a return window of 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return

To initiate a return, please contact us at order@threadscode.in with your order ID and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order once your return is approved.

  • Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images at order@threadscode.in.
